Swing Crash Course!
Sunday December 11th 2005! 12PM-4:30PM (Beginner) This is for Beginners who with start dancing on the social dance floor. The focus is all Swing. This crash course starts with all the basics but quickly moves to more advanced movement as the day goes on. Can also challenge those with some swing dance experience as well. Featuring 4 1/2 hours of swing instruction. It is progressive and becomes more challenging as the day moves on. Marcus & Baerbl Workshops

Internationally renowned swing instructors and performers Marcus and Baerbl are coming to New York and will be hosted by Dance Manhattan to teach one day of swing workshops on Saturday November 12th. They will also be available for privates on the Thursday and Friday prior to this workshop! Marcus and Baerbl have a resume of awards and experience a mile long. They've studied and worked with many of swing's original masters, as well as the 1930's - 1950's movie dancers from Gil Bradley (Don't Knock the Rock) to Frankie Manning (Hellzapoppin).  You won't want to miss this terrific opportunity to hone your skills and expand your horizons.
